I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FM
Interview
I first met this company through a school career fair. Two people came, one was a recent graduate of my school the other was the recruiter. Both helped describe the position very well and actually made it seem like they wanted me. I had an on campus interview the next day which was more like a screening with very basic questions. I got called in for an on site interview which was a bit tougher. I got interviewed by three individuals who all asked behavioral questions and questions about my resume.

The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.
