Interview
It was a phone interview, and it was pretty short, around 15 minutes only. Was informed that if I make it to the next round, I will be contacted in a few weeks.

She asked me about instances when I need to resolve conflicts, and some basic questions about the ability to drive, what the job description is about, and where would I want to work
The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Interview
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.

Interview
It is a long process, due to having five rounds of interviews. You are expected to present a 5 to 10 minute presentation about a safety hazard in the workplace.
