Interview
First round was on campus and the second round was at the office. The second round included a breakfast and a lunch. A personality test was administered in a small room. Different interviews with people in the company occurred. Overall the environment was friendly but distant. I was introduced to everyone, which can be a little bit taxing on a person who is trying to remember everyone's name.

The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Interview
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.

Interview
It is a long process, due to having five rounds of interviews. You are expected to present a 5 to 10 minute presentation about a safety hazard in the workplace.
