FM Manager interview questions

Submitted my application, received an email to connect for a preliminary chat. I responded within an hour. Took over a week to hear back to which I Received a second email with asking to schedule a phone screening (again). Jumped on the call and the person couldn't tell me much about the role or the culture at FM Global including their COVID vaccine policies. It’s been at least three weeks and a follow up email later to which I was told by someone else they’re reviewing applications and will reach out to proceed. However the portal says I’m already not selected for the role.
