I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FOX Rehabilitation (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
30 minute phone call with a person that sounded like a recruiter for the company (not a health professional). I submitted my resume through their website after seeing a job posting in my area through LinkedIn. They mostly spoke about the company, their new grad mentorship program, their expectations, benefits (Health Insurance including Vision & Dental, 401k, laptop, 15 days PTO + 6 paid U.S. holidays), flexible schedule, overtime encouraged, 120-130 units per week than can roll over to the following week (so ability to make up sessions on the weekends).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If I had any questions on the job/company.
How did I hear about Fox.
Recruiter can be pushy and much follow up verbally but unable to provide written offer when requested. Unable to fully explain how hours would get made up for cancellations, with the reason that all workers always make it work.

Interview
The application process was quick and they responded to my questions quickly. My interview was great overall and felt more like a conversation about my interests and what I was looking for. I actually went over a half hour from my scheduled time slot because we were having such good conversation! I shadowed for a day as well which was helpful.
