Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at FOX Rehabilitation. I first joined FOX as a Level II occupational therapy student, and that experience played a major role in my decision to return as a full-time clinician. From my time as a student through my transition to a new graduate OT, I have consistently felt supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. The onboarding process was well organized, and there are countless educational resources, mentorship opportunities, and clinical support available. If I ever have a question, there is always someone willing to help, which has made the transition into practice much less overwhelming. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its culture. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping clinicians succeed. The flexibility and autonomy of home-based care are also huge benefits, and I appreciate being able to provide one-on-one, patient-centered treatment. I especially want to recognize my Regional Director, Bonnie Ross. She has been an exceptional leader; always approachable, encouraging, and supportive. She creates an environment where clinicians feel comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. Her positive attitude, responsiveness, and willingness to advocate for her team have made a significant difference in my experience. Strong leadership like hers makes people want to stay with the company. Despite what some schools may say about home health not being ideal for new graduates, my experience at FOX has been the opposite. FOX's structured mentorship program, ongoing clinical support, and collaborative culture make the house call model an excellent environment for new grad therapists. I feel well-supported while developing my clinical reasoning and confidence, with experienced clinicians readily available for guidance whenever needed.

Cons

The documentation requirements can be time-consuming, especially for new clinicians.
