Very nice experience, communications and expectations were clear. No overly long process, just 2 rounds and a more informal chat with the CEO. Because of termination period at my previous employer it took 2 months between offer and actually starting, but both the recruiter and my direct manager reached out to me in the meantime to check in on me. So in short: easy going
