Toxic environment and lack of objectivity in management

Pros

Fully remote work opportunities and flexible working hours. The recruitment process was smooth, and the company uses a modern tech stack

Cons

My experience was extremely disappointing due to a toxic team atmosphere. From day one, I faced mobbing and verbal aggression from a long-tenured senior developer who seemed threatened by any knowledge exchange. The biggest issue, however, is the management's lack of objectivity. They blindly follow the narrative of veteran employees without verifying the facts. I was unfairly evaluated and dismissed based on the biased opinion of one person, without ever being given a real chance to demonstrate my technical skills or complete onboarding. The culture here prioritizes seniority and "office politics" over actual competence and results.

Pros

Wonderful people, strive to take care of clients and employees. New exec leadership is focused on automation, customer success, and responsible growth.

Cons

Deployed in 45+ countries so have competing product priorities but at least exec leadership seems focused on the right things like customer succes.
