20 minute phone interview by HR recruiter with basic questions and reviewing title, pay, etc. 2nd interview in person with Director with detailed questions about experience in relation to role, growth within the company, and salary. Usually have a 3rd round with VP or GMM but was able to pass based on previous reference.
