I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fabric (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jun 2020
Interview
The job is called "Flow Manager" - it's basically managing their robotic grocery warehouse facility in TLV.
Started with a phone call with the recruiter. We talked about salary expectations - I said 12k a month. She asked if I could be flexible, I said possibly. In retrospect, I should have asked exactly what she meant.
I had a a 30 minute Zoom interview (that was more like 40 minutes) with the direct manager, afterwards a reasonable at home Excel test, a tour of the facility and interview (and hour and a half all in all). Only then did the direct manager ask if I'm sure about the salary and conditions and I said that I didn't know about the salary. She gave me a number under 12k. A few days later, I got a call from the recruiter - they wanted me for 2 (!!!) more interviews (in addition to the 2 I had already done). I asked about the salary - it was 9.5k a month with 10Bis, no flexibility on their end. It was annoying they hadn't disclosed this earlier, and that they asked me if I could be flexible when they're not flexible at all. I was also annoyed about how extensive their process was for a position that doesn't pay that well. Felt like a waste of my time.

Overall the process was fairly long, but that was compounded due to Covid changes (virtual interviews) and the holiday period. Overall I was supported throughout the entire process by multiple team members from HR. Great communication throughout. Expectations were laid out clearly. Interviewers were receptive to my questions and answered as candidly as could be expected (to my knowledge). Offer was competitive and benefits met my expectations after some clarifying questions.

Following, I presented the home assignment to senior managers and had a final HR interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fabric (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jul 2020
Interview
The overall interview experience was good. I really enjoyed meeting the HR & ops team during each stage of the interview. People were laid back, friendly, and asked challenging q's called for critical thinking.
The interview process had about 5 stages and lasted about 1 - 2 months. One stage included a take home assignment that helped me understand a bit more about the business and operations.
The process was not as smooth as I am used too. There were multiple points of contact and it was not much communications between interview stages. This make be typically of a quickly growing company of this size.
