I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Factorial (Barcelona) in Oct 2022
Interview

What would you add next if you had more time for this task?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Factorial in Nov 2023
Interview
1:1 with Human Resources
1:1 with Team Lead
First screening went fine, however, the Team Lead was very confusing, asking to see consultancy projects that had nothing to do with the company, in opposition to SaaS focused products. Also, the position specified 2-3 years of experience, but at the last minute the interviewer tilted the conversation asking to see more management projects, which was very odd. Why would a designer applying for a Senior and not a Lead role have to show that? Also, what was he expecting to see? Roadmap? JIRA artefacts?
All and all, seemed like the Lead was very unexperienced in tech and if that's supposed to be your manager, it's definitely not a company you want to work in.
