During the initial two interviews with HR and hiring manager, I was extensively questioned about my past experiences and approached to the sales sector. In the second interview with the manager, specific technical inquiries were raised. However, the final step with the "director" was perplexing, as he barely asked any questions and solely focused on my latest job, despite my request to delve into more relevant, content-rich prior experiences.
Expressing my desire to elaborate on past roles, especially those more pertinent to the position, I encountered a cold refusal with a dismissive "no, the situation is clear enough." Seeking clarity on whether my profile aligned with their needs, I was assured it did, only to be later rejected. This inconsistency, coupled with the director's disregard for my expertise, added to the overall disappointment of the recruitment process.
