Interview
Clear process with 3 stages. The first is a screening interview. The second is a role play. The third is with the Country Manager.
Recommendation: Make sure to clarify the full compensation package, as they talk about the total package rather than just the fixed base salary. As a result, the offer may be less competitive compared to what you could earn in Barcelona.

Interview
The process was meant to extract the candidate knowledge from other experiences, they ask you about how to solve their current problems and then, they cancel the interview process. Also, they come with lies, obvious and dumb, so that proves their level of mediocrity. Several times with different people I know. A JOKE.
