I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Factorial (Barcelona) in Jul 2025
Interview
An external recruiter contacted me. Communication was great, and the first two interviews were also very smooth, straight to the point, but well-managed. Really had the chance to have rich conversations, which is why I ended up not marking this as negative. The final case discussion was what threw it all off. I was asked to prepare a presentation and deliver it in 30'. Then it started almost 10' late without notice, the room where the interviewers were had no audio conditions at all, which I shared. While their interruptions were to be expected, they seemed to be totally disaligned with what was asked in the presentation brief. Had no chance to ask a single question, since they were in a hurry for another meeting. Then dismissed my application 1 week later without feedback, which is rich after you ask candidates to invest 4/8 hours minimum on a business case.

Interview
The process was meant to extract the candidate knowledge from other experiences, they ask you about how to solve their current problems and then, they cancel the interview process. Also, they come with lies, obvious and dumb, so that proves their level of mediocrity. Several times with different people I know. A JOKE.
