Screening interview: get to know your future manager (or teammates) and have a feeling for each other, see if the relationship is good. If it goes well then you have a technical challenge where you will write some code and it will get reviewed by other members of the team in a second interview.
Code review: Your future teammates will look at your code and ask you questions according to the level you are applying.

What's the most important thing in your work environment?
