The interview process was pretty straight forward. First there’s about a 15-20 minute phone screening and then you move on to about two more virtual or in person interviews. They’re really looking to see if you’ll fit in with the company culture.
It definitely took a while to hear anything from the hiring manager or anyone on the team. Pretty straight forward phone interview. Asked about qualifications and asked questions about dealing with and resolving conflict.
