I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Remote, OR) in Aug 2018
Interview
After taking their personality test, a HR contact reached out to schedule an initial phone call. This lasted about 15 minutes and was very standard. HR contact reached out again to schedule a 2 hour, Skype interview. I interviewed with 4 different employees. The first 3 were attentive and asked great questions; however, the last woman was wearing glasses and I could see in their reflection that she was switching between other windows/e-mails/Facebook as we spoke. That afternoon, HR contacted let me know they wanted to move forward and asked me to review websites/booking procedures for 9 companies. It seemed like a lot if the purpose was solely the evaluate the way I thought, but I went ahead and did it and sent it in 2 days later. I never heard back again, after following up twice more to ask if they had received the document with my suggestions. Very bizarre considering how responsive my HR contact had been leading up to receiving this project. I never even got a "no" or "no thank you" or "yes, thanks we received your documents and will evaluate them later." I feel like I was duped into doing free work for their company. The "project" took about 8 hours of time.
