Applied online, first round was doing a personality questionnaire. This was then followed up by a phone interview. I was brought in two days later for an in-person interview at the Denver office. I met with 4 different people who were all very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I got an offer a few days later. The whole process took a little more than a week.

Interview
Three rounds with three different managers. Each one is feeling you out for fit, more than they are for skill. Except perhaps the last manager, who asks you to explain in detail how to accomplish a task of your choosing (can be something simple, like making a bowl of cereal). If you do so clearly, taking nothing for granted and emphasizing best practice, it sure will go a long way.
It was super easy and fast. The recruiter was great and available every step of the way. I interviewed on a Friday, had a second round interview the following week and an offer soon after.
