Phone interview with HR, then phone interview with hiring manager, then onsite. Atmosphere was kind of weird, and one of their engineers asked completely oddball and curveball questions that was occupying their mind at that moment. I asked other product managers and related fields about some of the questions this engineer asked, and they all squinted their eyes and said "The engineer asked.. what?? Never heard of this being asked before, ever."
