They were extremely accommodating. I was traveling at the time of my initial interview, it was a video conference to get to know each other first. Following that there was a more in-depth departmental interview with 4 other people in a round robin style. The HR coordinator managed every step of the process so you didn't worry about what the next steps were. Following that was an in-person interview in the same fashion, along with a tour of the office.
