I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in May 2020
Interview
The first round interview was a phone call from HR, and the person I spoke to was terrific. The second round was a 2-hour "gauntlet-style" interview where I met a handful of members from the team at increments of 20-30 minutes each, including the department manager. I was able to have conversations with everybody and got to know them, and it made me excited to join the team!
