I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor in Sep 2022
Interview
A pretty straightforward process comprising 5 rounds, with 2 coding and 1 system design rounds, followed by a conversation with an engineering manager. The main section was divided into 2 days, and I got the response two days after the last round.

Question 1
The system design problem was an improvement of an existing system. For the coding, I got dfs/bfs-like problem, a sort of flood-fill implementation.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Amsterdam) in Dec 2022
Interview
Overall it was a nice experience on the interview and they were friendly. First of all I had a call with the Engineering manager for 1 hour, it went well and it was a general discussion nothing special. The second step was 3 interviews on the same day for 3 hours, 2 codings,s and 1 system design.

- The first question was about flatting the object, which will give you an object with internal objects or lists and you need to flat all of the internal objects to the first level. Normal recursion task. - The second question was about BFS and finding the shortest path between 2 nodes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor in Apr 2021
Interview
Overall pretty standard process you would expect from a tech company. I was referred by one of their employees. CV screening went really fast, I got a response during the same day. After that there were several stages of interviews:
- 1hr online coding session with one of the engineers
- 1hr video chat session with an engineering manager
- 1hr algorithms coding session
- 1hr systems design session
- 30min chat with a VP of product
- 30min chat with an engineering manager
All stages were online due to COVID but from what I understood, first two are usually online while the rest is usually on site, back2back in one day (~3hrs).
All interviewers were very friendly and professional, it felt more like a productive and friendly conversation between peers than a scary interview.
