FareHarbor contacted me about a new position on setting up their future design system. After an introduction talk with the recruiter from Booking I got connected to the Head of Design for the first round of interviews. The next part was based on a case and presenting this to other design specialists. After succeeding to the final round I spoke with one of the directors. The last part was meeting future colleagues in the office. Directly afterwards they send me an offer. Since the role will be new the whole hiring process took a bit long, however the contact with FH was transparent and easy going.
