I had an introductory conversation with the recruiter and then a video call with the hiring manager. The call lasted barely 30 minutes and only one relevant question was asked - "How did you handle transitioning from an individual contributor to delegating work to your reports?" and in the middle of my answer, within a couple of sentences, the interviewer cut me off as though she had heard enough and that was the end of the interview.
