Interview
I had an interview with FareHarbor in March 2025, conducted by Ricky Corbett. Unfortunately, it was one of the least professional phone screening interviews I’ve experienced. It was evident that the interviewer had not reviewed my resume beforehand, as he misrepresented my experience multiple times, requiring me to correct him throughout the conversation.
There was a noticeable lack of engagement and preparation, which gave the impression that there was little interest in understanding my qualifications. I have years of direct experience using FareHarbor across multiple businesses, yet I received a generic rejection email that cited a lack of relevant experience, which was not aligned with my background.
Overall, the interview process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I hope that future candidates have a more positive and well-prepared experience.

The interview was as expected for a standard phone interview. Summary of company and role and open for questions. There was transparency about the hybrid requirements and the salary and bonus structure.
