There were around six interview rounds in total, covering both soft skills (people and stakeholder management, cultural and team fit) and hard skills (system design, algorithmic challenges). The process was clear and straightforward. All the interviewers were professional and left a very positive impression. I genuinely felt a strong connection with the company throughout the interview process.
