Got 1 screening interview and 1 take home technical exercise.
The screening interview is as you expect. The technical interview was very disconcerting (and probably the worst technical interview I have done in my short career).
Thus far I have had 2 types of technical interview 1) timed technical interview often centered around theoretical questions (sorting algorithms, data structures, etc. or 2) take home applied exercise with a few days to complete.
Farmwise has had the creativity to combine both and to make a time bound applied take home exercise where you are to performed some cleaning and transformation (using some business specific logic) of data in 2-hours.
The whole process felt very un-collaborative and frustrating. It felt as if the interview was setup so that you fail.
