Fast Enterprises Training Coordinator interview questions

I submitted my resume online through my university (BYU) job posting website. I was contacted very quickly after my resume submission (1 or 2 days). I was asked to provide my transcripts. Very soon after, they emailed me back and set up a first interview by phone. The phone interview was pretty relaxed; pretty standard interview questions and a brief summary about the job description. After the interview, she told me that a Training Coordinator would be in contact with me for a second phone interview. The second phone interview was also pretty relaxed with a lot of "Explain a time when you..." questions. Isaiah (really cool guy!) said that one of the most important qualities of a Training Coordinator was people skills/communicating skills. Make sure during the interview that you can come up with examples of that; building relationships with people, solving problems, resolving conflicts, etc. A lot of the interview was explaining the position to me as well and allowing me to ask questions. At the end of the interview, he said HR would be in contact with me about flying me to Denver for a third and final interview. They emailed about five days later and asked what dates I would be available to fly out. My final interview in Denver was pretty intense. I got a tour of the place, and then they sat me down in a room and gave me a thirty minute Mensa test. After that, two Training Coordinators came in and started asking me tons of interview questions. TIP: Know everything there is to know about Fast before the interview! When they asked me what I knew about their company, I was able to recite facts about their company, products, environment, culture, statistics and locations. They were impressed. After a ton of interview questions (kind of similar to second interview. Lots of "Talk about a time when...", they said they were going to put me on the spot and ask me to solve two logic questions on the whiteboard in front of them. They want to see the process that you take to solve problems. They didn't let me stop until I had figured it out. After the logic problems, more interview questions. Again, they said they were going to put me on the spot, and that they were going to leave for a few minutes and that I had to plan a five minute lesson teaching them anything I wanted to when they got back. After teaching them the lesson, more interview questions. Finally, they allowed me to ask all of the questions I wanted to. The entire process from when I got to their building to when we finished the interview took over three hours. One week later, they extended me an offer, which was very generous. Overall- really good experience! They treated me really well through the whole interview process, and made me feel super important and wanted. Can't say enough good things about all of the people I interacted with. If you make it through all the interviews, you did great and will have an incredible opportunity to work for them.
