It took too long from the first HR interview to the interview with the hiring manager. By then I already had different offers from other companies. Follow up to the interview was delayed too.

Initial phone screen with an interview and presentation that took about 5 hours. Most of the people were nice (with the exception of some scientists that were unprofessional and seemed not interested). They do lack diversity among the team. The interview had some science and common work questions. I was told they would reach out to me for an update. Weeks passed and I even sent the hiring manager an e-mail to inquire the status. I got no reply, my advice is please have the courtesy and professionalism to follow up with applicants. We take hours out of our busy schedule to apply and interview and it looks negative to not recieve any reply good or bad. It reflects bad on the company and shows to be very unprofessional.
