Fate Therapeutics Research Associate interview questions

the interview process was pleasant. Three rounds of interviews, 1st with HM, the second round with HR, and the third round with team members and cultural fit. I got to talk to multiple team members

I was reached out by one of the talent acquisition members. I spoke to her for about an hour and schedule (what I was told) it was a pre interview with who ended up been the hiring manager. This was not a pre interview it was the actual oficial interview. They make it seem very casual, very focus on personality questions which I think it was fine. But he avoided everyone of my questions regarding the actual responsibilities of the job. Spent an hour talking with this person. Never heard back, I sent a follow up email and nothing. Extremely disrespectful to take more than 2 hours of someones time and not even respond with a “we choose someone else”
