Interview
I was reached out by one of the talent acquisition members. I spoke to her for about an hour and schedule (what I was told) it was a pre interview with who ended up been the hiring manager. This was not a pre interview it was the actual oficial interview. They make it seem very casual, very focus on personality questions which I think it was fine. But he avoided everyone of my questions regarding the actual responsibilities of the job.
Spent an hour talking with this person. Never heard back, I sent a follow up email and nothing. Extremely disrespectful to take more than 2 hours of someones time and not even respond with a “we choose someone else”
