Interview
Phone interview screen followed by an excel tutorial with two member zoom meeting. The issue is that you get a response saying we selected other more aligned candidates only for the same position to be reposted every few weeks. When you reach out to the recruiter you get ghosted. Seems to be a company not really planning on hiring but appearing so to disguise layoffs or other ventures. Don’t waste your time.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough. It was one of the best interview processes I have gone through. I met with the recruiter first, then a director, and lastly a panel interview. Everyone was extremely nice and respectful. Ultimately they chose someone with more experience, though.
