Kicked off with a recruiter screen: Asking questions about my background, experience, and interest in the company and the role. The second step was a hiring manager interview with behavioral questions "Tell me about a time..." followed by an open discussion about the challenges the role. I then had a prep call with another member of the recruitment team to give me the download on the panel interviews (names, functions, topic of each interview). Three peer interviews with a mixture of behavioral questions and open dialogue on functions, challenges, and context.
