I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Durham, NC)
Interview
I applied through Fidelity's in-house recruiting company called Veritude. I first received a call from a recruiter at the Boston headquarters to explain more about the job itself then she asked to setup up a phone interview with another recruiter at the Durham location. After I passed the phone interview I met with another Veritude recruiter for a face to face interview at the Durham location. There were about 8 other candidates waiting to be interviewed. was asked 3 questions about why I wanted to work with Fidelity and how I would handle situations with customers. I was then invited to interview on site with the hiring managers. It was a 2 hour interview with 10 other candidates which included a 1 hour tour and presentation about the company then all candidates interview with 5 different managers in a speed dating type session. Very different experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to show resilience? Tell me about a time you had to probe information from a customer? Why Fidelity?
Two Interviews, one with recruiter, which is informative and last about 30 minutes and then if you move forward, you have interview with 2-3 managers, which can last up to 45 minutes.
They use the behavioral/STAR method form of interviewing. I suggest practicing to kind of be aware of what you want to say so that you don’t stumble and look unprofessional when answering.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2021
Interview
Ongoing; received an email followed by a phone call from a recruiter. General behavioral interview questions + verification of past work history and education. I was guided (via email) to a secure website where I completed information to run a background and credit check. Recruiter was super communicative, provided feedback on my initial interview/assessment and followed up to schedule a second round phone interview.
