I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Nashua, NH) in Sep 2023
Interview
2 phone interviews about 30 mins each, then an hour long zoom interview with 2 people. The phone interviews were great, but the Zoom interviewers seemed very disconnected. During the zoom interview they told me I was also expected to work an additional 15-20 hours a week studying for certifications. I had to take a practice SIE exam before the interview, which they did not touch on much. The interviewers tried to make it clear that this wasn't an entry-level position, even though it was listed as such. They focused very heavily on the customer service aspect, and didn't seem to appreciate questions about moving up in the company.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Denver, CO)
Interview
Very straightforward and acquisition manager tries to make it conversational. One of the better interview processes i have went through. Go through 3 different interviews but 1 of them is basically just a check in call before moving to the final one.
