Fidelity Investments Workplace Planning Associate interview questions

1st Interview: On phone with recruiter. Relaxed conversation. Used to gauge your personality. 2nd Interview: On phone with HR personnel. Will ask about aspirations, experience, and will talk about deadlines and needed paperwork and tasks to complete. Testing Period: Will take an assessment test. Nothing beyond high school math, but you may want to review some things (percentages, quadratic equations, etc). This period is also for drug testing and 1st background check. Final Interview: Formal. Webcam. Business casual is acceptable, but I wore a suit and tie (I was thanked for that). This is the real interview. Focus on turning your experience into client-focused or sales. Try to smile and have some energy.
