Dopo lo screening, mi è stato proposto un colloquio a una distanza di 3 settimane, poi spostato di un altra settimana e cancellato 3gg prima senza spiegazione. Dopo circa un mese l'azienda mi ha contatto dicendo che aveva una posizione aperta (che non ho trovato sul loro sito). Il Hiring Manager era complettamente desinteresato durante il colloquio, senza farmi nessuna domanda in merito a curriculum e esperienze. Praticamente è stato un finto colloquio per una posizione inesistente. Poco professionale, azienda poco seria.

interviewed by engineering manager, didn't seem too into the interview the whole time, and didn't give me a set input for the data which confused me. I offered an incorrect BFS approach and solved and he didn't mention that this was not correct, a critical path approach was needed.

in swift, given there's a list of tasks with their effort (in days) [("painting", 5), ("drywall", 2) ...] and a list of dependencies that show pairs of task, task1 relies on task2 so [ ("painting", "drywall"), ("drywall", "hvac"), ("drywall", "plumbing") ] means painting relies on drywall, and drywall relies on hvac, plumbing etc. give the earliest amount of time for a given task.

This role which is a low level support role required a take home, a panel, and a presentation. a little excessive for the role imo
