I walked in and filled out a job application then had a quick interview the same day with one of the managers. 3 days later I had another, longer interview with the general manager. Both interviews were very easy but they had already filled the position in between my two interviews so they could not offer me a job.

I went in and asked for an application, then I filled it out and returned it next day and set up an interview then.
