There were two online assessments that I did online as part of the application process. I received a phone call within a week, called them back and spoke to a manager who seemed very disorganized and unfocused. This was a phone screen and after the call I was invited for a one on one interview, but I declined after learning more about the position and pay.

Brief, back then there was very few questions they just needed personnel.
the people in charge were great back then no drama.
It became a popularity contest after a while.
