Interview
The interview process was three stages. The first was interview was one on one. The second was with two people and the final interview was with the market president. I wasn’t offered the job.
I interviewed with the district manager first and then with the executive branch. Both interviews asked different situational questions. The next step is to communicate with the hiring team to discuss the next step. After interviewing twice, a decision will come in the next few days.
