I applied online. I interviewed at First National Bank
Interview
Don't waist your time. The branch manager spent 40–50 minutes with me, said he was very impressed, and promised to give me an answer within a week. In the end, after two weeks, I sent a follow-up email but got no response. Then, three weeks later, I received an automated rejection email at night. They reposted the vacancy. Most likely, it’s either a fake hiring process or they have constant employee turnover.

I was only asked to interview once. The interviewer asked typical questions. Not very difficult in my opinion. Mainly focused on team-based questions and how you have overcome challenges professionally in the past.
