Pros

Nothing within the Wealth & Investments business unit. Stay clear of this private pillar.

Cons

Toxic work environment, biased senior management, only interested in project outcomes not interested in employee wellbeing. Senior management rather sweep stuff under a carpet and disguise toxicity with 'culture enhancement' ideas that do not solve anything. Management are almost enabled and not held accountable for their disrespect towards team members and their ways of working is stepping on others to 'show' their 'authority'. I wouldn't recommend this BU to work for. Organization wide, im pretty sure there other BUs with much better culture prospects.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with exposure to modern DevOps technologies and enterprise-scale platforms. Supportive colleagues, strong focus on learning, good benefits, and opportunities to work on impactful projects across cloud, automation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and observability.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes be slower due to the size of the organisation. Some processes involve multiple approvals, which may delay implementation and delivery of technical initiatives.
