We were asked to write an aptitude/IQ test. Upon results we were interviewed by an HR consultant and upon success of said interview we were given business unit interviews. Still waiting for 3 months on results of said interview process
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They genuinely wanted to learn more about me and my passions, focusing on personal interests rather than technical questions, which made the conversation enjoyable and engaging.
