Long and intense interview process is long. First step to hiring sets off with an Aptitude/Psychometric test which is very intense, followed by a telephonic interview with a HR personal alongside recruiter from IT department then finally business unit interview

Conversational interviews. Several interviews rounds, with people in the team. The final round was with the hiring manager. The one interview had some technical questions but those were fairly basic just testing basic understanding. All interviews were done online via Microsoft teams.
