Interview
Applied online through their website. They emailed me after 1 week to do a psychometric test. I got called for an interview the next day. The interviewer was friendly. A few weeks later they informed me that I passed the interview and that I was going onto the business unit interview stage. They informed me that I would definitely be having an interview in either September or October and that they will inform me of the date. October ended and they did not inform me of when the interview would be. I emailed the talent recruiter and they said the interview was extended until end of November( they did not inform me of any extension previously) .In December they informed me that all the positions were filled and that I was unsuccessful although they previously told me there would definitely be an interview.

Interview
Conversational interviews. Several interviews rounds, with people in the team. The final round was with the hiring manager. The one interview had some technical questions but those were fairly basic just testing basic understanding. All interviews were done online via Microsoft teams.

Cognitive Assessment that is completed online followed by a first round interview. If successful then your CV will be chosen for the business unit interview. Employment offer will follow if successful.
