If the graduate team really likes you they invite you to attend the Future League Week, where you are exposed to FNB and get to network with a lot of potential employers from within FNB, this week really gives you an advantage. Lastly, your CV is given to various Business units and if they like you they call you for a final round interview. At this point you will get an offer from the prospective business unit.
