1) Technical discussion with the credit card tema
This was a simple interview process where basic topics such as UML diagrams,EJB and database fundamentals were discussed. The interviewers were very friendly.
2) IQ test - having seen a number of scenarios where there is some relation between symbols use this information to decipher the meaning of other scenarios

Technical focused on core components .
Initial HR screening and request for interview followed by simple process which involved Interview with HR and Team lead and team members as well as engineer from another team associated with team. Was a good overall experience.
