If you pass the online test you get invited for a first round interview. If you make it past the first interview you then get selected for a final round interview.

The first round was easy, just general questions about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, why FNB, etc. Thus is followed by a second interview if your CV is selected by a business unit.
