Graduate programme interview process:
Process starts with a multiple choice capability assessment.
After passing this, you are then invited to an interview with HR.
Your CV is then sent to the various business units. If chosen, you will then have your final interview with them. More than one business unit can interview you. In this case, if both offer you employment then the choice is yours.
