Month later after applying via their portal had to complete an assement test (psychometric test), then got a telephonic interview with the HR and get contacted back with a business unit interview.

HR interview was a “getting to know you” interview with one employee from the HR Young Talent team. Interviewer was very friendly and it only took around 25 minutes. Still waiting for BU interviews at this point.

Several interviews. I rarely received technical questions but they rather wanted to gain knowledge into my personal projects. Very friendly panel, after HR interview I had 2-3 interviews with the same panel for a specific bank unit.

They usually start interviews towards the end of the year. Got an offer around October, which was for the following year and wow they pay really well
